What are the key aspects of learning English? There are so many ways; however, most of these ways are boring. I came up with the idea in which we learn English while relaxing and having fun. I am mentioning about learning English while watching real-world videos including listening musics. If you have not tried this way yet, now it is the right time to start it. There are so many scientific researches proving the idea that listening music and watching videos in target language boost our vocabulary memory. Beside this, daily conversations take place in the musics and you become familiar with the intonation of English while listening. By this way, you let the vocabularies in music be imprinted on our minds. Now, I am going to mention about an application that enables us to apply what I have just said.

Today, I just wanted to inform you about the HOT POTATOES! What is Hot potatoes and why should we use it?

It enables us to learn easily while having fun. By the help of this program, you can create various self tests. In this program , you can find multiple choice quizes, short answer quizes, crosswords, matchings and cloze texts. Before you create Hot potatoes, you may want to think what you want to accomplish with this program. What do you want your students to learn? If you want to teach some vocabularies you can use JQuiz or JCloze. If you want text or reading passage comprehension you can use JMatch. To create these, first you should download it to your computer, then you can start your self quizes whenever you want. I have not tried to create one of them yet, however, I had the chance to observe one of my friends creating his own questions. As I observed, it has no difficulties in the phase of creating. Hello again, everybody!


Most of us thinks that improving speaking skill is the hardest part of learning English. Some friends of mine are complains that they can not speak fluently. For example, even introducing themselves they have some difficulties about fludity. Today I am here to try to solve this problem as much as I can. I wil give you some tips to improve your speaking.

1- Speak: You should speak as much as you can. At least, you should try. You shouldn't be afraid of making mistakes and you must say whatever comes to your mind about the topic because spoken language can be understand under the most circumstances.

2- Learn Wor Everyday: You must learn even a few vocabularies in a day. Choose yourself a few vords, and try to use them in the sentences. You should do this regularly for everyday.

3- Watch Films: Watching films is one of the ways to improve your speaking. First, you hear the actors and then you should try to speak like them. Trust yourself and have fun while improving yourself.

4- Have Debates: Having debates with your friends in English can contribute your speaking substantially. Try to use as much vocabular as you can and do not be afraid to make mistakes.
